We must respond within one month of receiving your request.

Anything else we should know (optional)

We will not act on a request until we are reasonably satisfied of your identity (GDPR Article 12(6)). This is why the form does not delete anything by itself.

There is no charge for making a request.

If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to your data protection authority. In the EU that is the supervisory authority in your country of residence; in the UK it is the Information Commissioner's Office.
